Lastly, it's mainly getting past the first gym that is the tedious part. This makes things like Scolipede, Stoutland, and Unfezant, that fully evolve by their early 30s, stand out so much more during the mid-game and can help carry teams even if they don't stay on late-game. This means that depending on your team's build you could be stuck with several unevolved Pokemon for some time. Many Pokemon evolve tremendously late, with a surprising amount not evolving fully until their mid to late 40s. The other big issue will be having things live long enough to fully evolve. Galvantula, especially with Compound Eyes for Thunder, is a very good Pokemon, as is Eelektross if you're lucky enough to get a Tynamo.Ĭonkeldurr is also really good, and learns Rock attacks by level, so expect the Rock attacks if you face them with a Flying type. However, any trainer using a Sigilyph will likely give you a hard time and it's one of the deadliest Pokemon in the entire game to face.Ĭhargestone Cave later on can also give you awesome stuff. Sigilyph in the Desert Resort is rare but awesome too. The games story is an altered version of the original Black & White storyline, having a new plot and features.
Both fossils are really good too, Carracosta is a nice tank while Archeops, while being frail and having the really bad ability Defeatist, will nuke enemies with a fast Acrobatics if at high HP. Pokémon Black 2 and White 2 are a pair of sequels to Pokémon Black and White that was released in Japan on June 23, in America on October 7, 2012, in Europe on October 12, 2012, and in Australia and New Zealand on October 11, 2012. Sandile, Scraggy, and Darumaka are all very good, and even Dwebble is good due to learning Stealth Rock that is handy for the 4th gym and sometimes having Sturdy.
Later on though, you've got a good chance of getting a fair few really good Pokemon, especially in the desert areas. The elemental monkeys are best really for beating the first gym and are borderline terrible after (especially Pansear as Incinerate is absolute ass until it got buffed in Gen 6), but if you can manage to have one live until Castelia you can get the right stone to evolve it, from which point on they're actually pretty good. Speaking of which, if you get a Throh or Sawk in the outer area of Pinwheel Forest, you're made, especially against that Normal gym. Even then though, the second gym is really hard as without a Roggenrolla/Throh/Sawk you have little that can deal with powerful (at this point) Normal types. It's worse still because you really struggle to grind until after the first gym, as Audino doesn't appear in rustling grass yet. Emboar is by far the best starter Pokemon for Pokemon Black/White 2. If you get one though, they're very good (but I've personally never managed to get one to live). Answer (1 of 4): Here’s some recommendations for a team for Black and White 2: Your first member should be Emboar. Tackle's buffed 50 power and their STAB on it make it incredibly hard to deal with. Lillipup and Herdier are the most dangerous things early game. White 2 is different but has a lot of similar features so I can extrapolate. She focuses on Psychic-types so having Dark-type or Bug-type moves would be logical.I've Nuzlocked White and White 2 twice, so I know my Unova. You will be carried up via an invisible platform. The next member of the Elite Four you may face if going clockwise is Caitlin. He focuses on Dark-types so having Fighting-type or Bug-type moves would be logical. The next member of the Elite Four you may face if going clockwise is Grimsley. You will be picked up and carried by ghostly forces up to her platform. She focuses on Ghost-types so having a Dark-type or a Pokémon with Ghost-type moves would be logical. The first member of the Elite Four you may face if going clockwise is Shauntal. Like before, they can be battled in any order desired Elite #1 - Shauntal However, they ahve had a change in teams and in champion.
